This
session is an overview of the five phases of growth through
which an agent will pass on the way to "success". We will
identify the five predictable obstacles to be overcome:
creation of a meaningful "strength of purpose", reluctance
to personal promotion, inexperience at "business" planning,
the hesitancy to delegate, and the inability to maintain
balance between personal and professional life. A proven
solution will be provided for each obstacle.
